Schuhmacher Metalltechnik GmbH & Co. KG, based in Ehingen (Donau), is a family business with over 70 years of experience in sheet metal and metal processing. Its range of services includes laser cutting of steel up to 25 mm, stainless steel up to 20 mm and aluminium up to 15 mm, edging and bending, punching and nibbling, welding (MIG/MAG/TIG) as well as mechanical machining by turning, milling, drilling and thread cutting. In addition, the company offers surface treatment with a through-feed shot blasting system for steel shot blasting, glass bead blasting, deburring and grinding, as well as assembly of assemblies including sealing work and riveting technology. Surface finishing such as painting, anodising, powder coating, hot-dip galvanising and KTL coating is carried out via external partners. On a 30,000 m² company site with 12,000 m² of hall and production space as well as a further site in Kellmünz with 1,000 m² of production space, the company employs over 100 staff and supports customer projects from design through manufacturing to series production.
