About Seiwald Blechform
Seiwald Blechform GmbH is an Austrian manufacturing service provider for sheet metal processing based in Kirchbichl in Tyrol. Founded in 1991 by master locksmith Manfred Seiwald, the company has evolved from a producer of individual parts into a partner for complex and extensive projects. Its range of services includes laser cutting (up to 4000 x 2000 mm, 25 mm structural steel, 40 mm stainless steel, 30 mm aluminium), waterjet cutting (up to 6000 x 3000 mm, material thicknesses up to 150 mm, without thermal impact on the material), robot welding with laser welding, laser hybrid welding, MIG/MAG and CMT, sheet metal working such as edging, bending, rolling and punching, as well as deburring and surface grinding. The process chain is complemented by an in-house powder coating system (parts up to 6500 mm in length, 600 kg, chromium-free pretreatment, wastewater-free) as well as anodising through S+W Eloxal Oberflächentechnik, founded in 1999. On 8000 m² of production space, Seiwald Blechform manufactures for customers from the steel construction, window construction, portal construction and plant engineering sectors, mechanical engineering, the textile industry, medical technology and special vehicle construction. Assemblies are fully assembled, and on request commissioned and tested; design work is carried out in CAD using Creo and SolidWorks.

Materials & Processes
Steel / structural steel
Used extensively in laser cutting up to 25 mm sheet thickness and in powder coating, including galvanised steel.
Stainless steel
Laser-cuttable up to 40 mm sheet thickness, also suitable for chromium-free pretreatment in powder coating.
Aluminium
Laser-cuttable up to 30 mm, anodisable and powder-coatable, including aluminium castings.
Brass
Machinable in the sheet metal working and waterjet processes.
Copper
Processed in the context of sheet metal working and waterjet cutting.
Plastics
Suitable for waterjet cutting, as it remains thermally unaffected.
Glass and ceramics
Can be processed by waterjet cutting alongside stone, where the laser reaches its limits.
