Plastics Expertise Since 1956
Senoplast Klepsch & Co. GmbH is an Austrian family-owned company founded in 1956 by Wilhelm Klepsch, headquartered in Piesendorf and part of the Klepsch Group. The company produces coextruded multilayer plastic sheets and films made of ABS, ABS/ASA and ABS/PMMA (brand senosan®) in various thicknesses, widths, surface structures and colors, which are thermoformable. In the coextrusion process, several polymer layers are fused in a single step without adhesives or solvents; core layers may contain recyclate. In addition to plastic semi-finished products, the company offers application consulting, prototype development and laboratory testing (mechanical, surface quality, weathering, thermal, chemical-physical, flame retardancy, microscopic) as well as processing support for thermoforming, laminating and milling through its Technical Service & Development department. Automotive production takes place under cleanroom conditions. The products are used in vehicle engineering, commercial vehicles, the luggage industry, sanitary engineering, refrigerator manufacturing, the furniture industry and advertising. With 810 employees, an export share of 90% and customers in over 60 countries, Senoplast is present with three production sites in Austria (Piesendorf), Mexico (Querétaro) and China (Suzhou) as well as numerous sales offices worldwide.

Materials and Processes
senosan® ABS (A48/A50/A50HI/A51/A53)
Coextruded ABS sheets, some with recycled content or increased heat distortion resistance, for thermoformable components.
senosan® ABS-ASA (AS50/AS51/AS48/AS49, SAS)
UV- and chemical-resistant sheets for outdoor-exposed applications such as vehicle cladding.
Coextruded ABS/PMMA sheets
Patented since 1977, for sanitary applications with a high-quality top layer.
PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate)
Top-layer material for surface gloss and color brilliance.
Regranulate/recyclate in core layers
Is processed in the SENOCIRCLE recycling concept and reduces material usage.
Coextrusion
Multilayer composites from several extruders without adhesives, with defined functional, top and core layers.
Extrusion of specialty films
Specialty films produced since 2004 in the company's own extrusion line.
