SKS AG is a family-owned Swiss company headquartered in Laupen (ZH) that has been developing and producing plastic parts using the injection molding process since 1981. The company covers the entire value chain: from consulting and development with feasibility studies and prototypes, through in-house mold making, to series production and assembly of complete modules. On modern, microprocessor-controlled injection molding machines with clamping forces of up to 220 tonnes, all injection-moldable engineering plastics as well as high-performance plastics such as PEEK, PTFE, PPS, PPSU and PSU are processed around the clock in 24-hour operation. The production department works with fully automatic raw material preparation and automation directly at the injection molding machine. Cleanliness-sensitive parts for medical and laboratory technology are produced by SKS AG in a 170 m² cleanroom of cleanliness class ISO 8 (ISO 14644-1). Customers come from building technology & infrastructure, sanitary & fluid technology, mechanical & apparatus engineering, electronics & telecommunications as well as medical & laboratory technology.
