Späni AG Schreinerei und Innenausbau in Schwyz produces custom-made kitchens, built-in cabinets, furniture of all kinds as well as entrance and interior doors, both in series and as one-off pieces. The value chain extends from its own designs through design and technical planning, production in its own workshop with in-house surface treatment, to professional installation and site management. Materials processed include various wood species and solid wood, wood-based materials, veneer, glass, metal and stone worktops, lacquered in the company's own spray booth with 2-component lacquer in all colours, textures and gloss levels. A wide selection of materials is available in the company's own sample room in Schwyz. In addition, the joinery supports shopfitting projects and the fitting-out of medical practices, and acts as a supplier with a selectable depth of production up to and including surface treatment. Energy demand is covered 100% by renewable energy, largely from the company's own solar system.

Planning of the business takeover, investment in a 5-axis CNC milling and drilling centre and start of programming work.

Takeover of the joinery by Stefan Späni; basic organisation of planning/procurement/production, continuous modernisation of machinery.
