About Springer GmbH
Springer GmbH, based in Stuhr near Bremen, develops, designs and manufactures gripping systems for robots on injection moulding machines as well as special equipment for optimising manufacturing processes around the injection moulding machine. The product range includes gripping systems, sprue grippers, sprue processing units, needle grippers, gripping system modules, gripper components, spare parts and automation solutions; on customer request, custom parts are also designed and manufactured. In addition to standardised components from a modular system, the company implements complex, individual handling systems – from a single automation component to the complete system. The range of services includes design services, simulation and process planning, assembly, metrology services, commissioning and acceptance testing as well as service and process optimisation. Quality monitoring measures such as target-actual comparison testing of component positions using digital cameras and evaluating software complement the automation solutions. The products are used in particular by numerous automotive industry producers worldwide with a high level of process reliability.
