About StaabTEC
StaabTEC is a Bavarian service company for optical metrology operating throughout Europe, founded in 1999. Originally rooted in tool and mold making with a focus on design and manufacturing, within 26 years the company has developed into one of Germany's leading service providers in the field of optical measurement. The range of services includes 3D digitalization via non-contact optical or laser-based scans with point clouds of several million measuring points, target-actual comparisons to reduce manufacturing tolerances, and reverse engineering for the reconstruction of lost data. StaabTEC is a ZEISS Business Partner and GOM dealer for all HandsOnMetrology products, including ATOS Q, GOM Scan 1, T-SCAN hawk 2 and T-SCAN 10/20. In addition, the company offers measuring device rental, sales of reverse engineering software licenses (Geomagic Design X), consulting for device purchases, and on-site training for optical metrology hardware and software. Areas of application are plastic, metal and cast components.
