Stehle GmbH, based in Blaustein near Ulm, is an owner-managed master craft business for the machining of metal and plastics. As a contract manufacturer, the company produces turned parts up to 450 mm in diameter, mills on 5-axis CNC machines with a working range of up to 3000 × 1000 × 900 mm, and offers cylindrical and surface grinding, welding (MIG, MAG, TIG, electrode and spot welding), in-house powder coating as well as the assembly of complete assemblies. Production ranges from one-off pieces, prototypes and spare parts to series production. Materials processed include aluminium, steel, stainless steel, plastics and other common materials. Customers come from the automotive, mechanical engineering, industrial, medical technology, food and packaging industries as well as aerospace. With a high level of in-house production depth, database-supported order processing and short response times, Stehle delivers everything from a single source – from the raw blank to the coated, assembled unit.
