About us
Storm GmbH Zerspanungstechnik in Rheine-Mesum is a supplier to the mechanical engineering industry with a focus on machining technology. The company produces finished parts and semi-finished parts from metal and plastic in single-part and series production, mainly on CNC machines. The machine fleet comprises 9 CNC bar turning machines, 8 CNC chuck turning machines, 4 CNC vertical turning machines, 2 CNC sliding headstock turning machines and 11 CNC milling machines, supplemented by various production machines and automatic saws. Steel, hardened steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium, brass and plastics are machined. The range of services also includes surface treatment, coatings, heat treatment and grinding, often in cooperation with long-standing business partners. Key materials are kept in stock in order to meet short-notice production requests; the company's components are installed in machines in worldwide use.
