About STS Schwingungstechnik
STS Schwingungstechnik Schuster GmbH, based in Schwäbisch Gmünd, is a manufacturer of vibration dampers, silent blocks (silent bearings), rubber buffers, spring-damper units, machine feet and vibration elements. At the core of production are rubber-metal bonds made from natural or synthetic rubber combined with steel, stainless steel, brass or aluminium. To increase durability, the metal parts are sandblasted or phosphated before bonding. In addition, the company offers custom-made products according to customer specifications as well as consulting and problem analysis in the field of elastic machine mounting. Using a patented process, vibration dampers are tested and classified (Schuster identification). The products are used, among other things, in generators, combustion engines, compressors, pumps, in mechanical and special machinery engineering, automotive engineering, shipbuilding, in air-conditioning and heat pump technology, and in medical technology.
