About Sunways
Sunways is a manufacturer of solar inverters and energy storage batteries founded in Konstanz in 1993. The company is dedicated to the development, production and worldwide distribution of grid-tied inverters (1–170 kW), hybrid inverters (3–80 kW) and energy storage systems from 5 to 261 kWh for residential and C&I applications. Following the reinvestment by the Puze Group in 2018, Ningbo Sunways Technologies Co., Ltd. was established as a global R&D and manufacturing hub; operational headquarters are located in Frankfurt am Main and Suzhou. The portfolio also includes the Sunways Cloud (EMS) cloud platform with monitoring, remote O&M, VPP aggregation and AI-based energy trading, as well as OEM and ODM solutions. Sunways products are in use in more than 60 countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, South America and Africa; Europe accounts for more than 50% of deliveries.
