About Syntech Plastics
Syntech Plastics GmbH is an owner-managed family business with around 100 employees that manufactures technical plastic components using the injection moulding process. The range of services covers classic injection moulding, overmolding, multi-component (2K/3K) and gas-assisted injection moulding as well as in-mould labelling (IML). Parts are produced weighing from 0.01 g to 8 kg; the injection moulding machines have clamping forces of 6 to 1,500 t, and via a partner machine up to 2,700 t. The offering includes in-house toolmaking and tool maintenance (laser welding, wire and sinker EDM, CNC milling), assembly of subassemblies, finishing through partners (pad printing, screen printing, hot embossing, electroplating, painting) as well as tool and production relocations. Production serves the automotive, electrical engineering, agricultural machinery, furniture, filter, packaging, construction and medical technology industries as well as further sectors. The Steinfeld site features a climate-controlled cleanroom compliant with VDI 6022, 39 injection moulding machines and 3D printing for sample parts.
