About T+Ca Metallbau-GmbH
T+Ca Metallbau-GmbH, based in Süderau (Schleswig-Holstein), plans, manufactures and installs custom steel structures for projects in the region and beyond. The portfolio ranges from indoor and outdoor staircases, walkways, railings and balcony systems to terrace canopies and entrance canopies, as well as steel halls, platforms, staircase towers, scaffolding, containers and special constructions. In its own workshop, around 30 employees work steel with modern manufacturing technology and traditional locksmith craftsmanship: plasma cutting, flame cutting, sawing, drilling, straightening, edging, bending, punching and welding. In addition to structural steel and stainless steel, aluminium is also processed; the company provides corrosion protection, among other methods, using the duplex process with flame spraying and powder coating or hot-dip galvanizing. The offering includes planning and CAD design including structural calculations, installation, construction management as well as dismantling and recycling of old steel structures. Customers are private builders, public institutions, construction and housing sectors, commercial and industrial businesses, as well as steel traders, for whom steel processing work is carried out.
