t.neubert GmbH is a family-owned company based in Lichtenwald near Stuttgart that has specialised in initial sample inspection and product release according to VDA Volume 2 (PPF) or AIAG (PPAP) since 1992. The company does not manufacture itself, but takes over quality assurance of components along the entire supply chain: initial sampling according to PPF/PPAP, counter-verification of initial samples, adhesive and welding audits, auditing of materials and suppliers, as well as series supplier releases. Inspected are body-in-white parts such as doors, longitudinal members and pillars, assembly and attachment parts such as screws, self-piercing rivets, airbags and fuel tanks, joining and adhesive technology connections as well as polymer components. Customers are manufacturers of mobility solutions, including Mercedes-Benz. According to its own statements, over 50 million vehicles are based on the inspections of the 75-employee company.
