About TACrafted
TACrafted GmbH is a company from the Black Forest founded in 2016 by Theo Assfalg that specialises in laser technology. The portfolio includes contract manufacturing with laser marking (annealing marking, laser marking, laser engraving), laser welding (pulsed Nd:YAG up to 6 kW, CNC-controlled and manual, handheld laser welding) as well as laser cutting with a 300 W fiber laser for fine-cut contours up to 70 × 70 cm. In addition, the company offers 3D printing (FDM and LCD resin) and pre- and post-treatment such as blasting and ultrasonic cleaning. In machine building, TACrafted develops turnkey special machines and laser systems, carries out retrofit of outdated laser systems independently of manufacturer, and performs maintenance and servicing of legacy and existing systems. Own products include the LWS series handheld laser devices as well as accessories such as rotary-swivel units, clamping fixtures, the CJS machine joystick and laser safety equipment. Customers come from machine and plant engineering, medical technology, laser technology and manufacturing technology. Materials processed include steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, titanium and special alloys.
