Techno-Parts GmbH specializes in sealing and plastics technology and can look back on more than 50 years of experience in this field. The product portfolio includes hydraulic seals (rod and piston seals), pneumatic seals, wipers, O-rings and X-rings, back-up rings, static seals, guide and bearing elements as well as rotary and shaft seals. In addition, there are seals for chemical plants, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and the food industry, molded parts for the food industry, mining seals, flexible separators, pneumatic compression and lifting cushions, bellows and measuring cones. Production is carried out from plastics and elastomers with various approvals and conformities, including food-grade and sterilizable variants as well as metal/magnetically detectable versions. With TECHNO-JET Rapid Production, the company offers rapid manufacturing of prototypes, repairs and small series according to customer requirements, as well as custom-made products and assembled/kitted seals. The company is based in Essen and supplies industries ranging from mini pneumatics to heavy hydraulics and plant engineering, including offshore wind turbines.
