About Technoblech GmbH

Technoblech GmbH is a medium-sized contract manufacturer for demanding sheet metal processing based in Arnbruck in the district of Regen (Bavaria). On approximately 6,000 m² of production space, the company manufactures individual parts and complex assemblies from metal and plastic with around 80 employees – from prototype to series production, in lot sizes from 10 to 10,000 pieces and beyond. The process chain includes laser cutting (0.3–25 mm material thickness), punch-laser combination (sheet formats up to 3000 × 1500 mm, up to 6 mm), CNC bending including an automated bending cell, CNC milling (3- and 5-axis) as well as certified welding in accordance with DIN EN ISO 3834-2 (MIG, MAG, TIG, manual laser welding). In addition, Technoblech offers deburring, straightening, assembly of mechanical and mechatronic assemblies, parts kits, surface treatment via a partner network, as well as co-engineering and CAD support. Customers come primarily from medical technology, metrology, mechanical engineering and electronics.
