About TechnoGuss

TechnoGuss GmbH is a modern customer foundry based in Tangerhütte that has been producing castings since 1842. The company offers individual solutions for single parts, small and medium series and casts all current grey and ductile iron variants: grey cast iron with lamellar graphite to DIN EN 1561, spheroidal graphite cast iron to DIN EN 1563 and austempered ductile iron (ADI) to DIN EN 1564, plus cast iron grades to other standards such as ASTM. The service portfolio includes materials and design consulting, casting simulation with MAGMASOFT®, pattern making, moulding using the furan resin moulding process with box sizes up to 4000 x 4000 mm or 7000 x 2000 mm, as well as post-casting treatment with shot blasting, fettling, mechanical finishing, preservation and painting. In addition, 3D scans of patterns and components are offered including inspection reports and reverse engineering. The castings, with a net weight of 50 kg to 12,000 kg, are used mainly in mechanical engineering, drive technology and valve manufacturing.
