TechTinyHouse is a company founded by Brendan in 2015 that specializes in building tiny houses. The range of services covers planning, structural construction, installation, interior fit-out, interior furnishing, outdoor facilities and delivery. Solid structural timber (KVH), glued laminated timber (BSH/Duo-Trio) and spruce roof battens are used for the frame and interior construction; for heavily weather-exposed areas, the modified wood Accoya is used. For chassis and swap-body platforms, aluminium square tubes of alloy 6082 T6 and glass-fibre reinforced plastic crossbeams (GFRP) are used, complemented by poplar and paulownia plywood as well as MS polymer and SPUR polymer adhesives. In addition to house construction, the company offers a two-day tiny house workshop, sells building materials and components via an online shop, and rents out tools. The company is based in the Stuttgart area and has been featured multiple times on TV, in the press and on the internet.
