About Tilray
Tilray Brands is a US pharmaceutical, cannabis lifestyle and consumer goods company headquartered in New York City. The company produces and distributes medical cannabis, including in Germany and Portugal, and sells products in Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand. Tilray operates two GMP-certified cannabis cultivation facilities in Europe, in Neumünster (Germany) and Cantanhede (Portugal); Tilray Germany is managed from Cologne. To ensure the microbiological quality of cannabis flowers, treatment with ionizing radiation for germ count reduction is used. Since December 2018, there has been a partnership with Sandoz (Novartis) covering sales, distribution and co-branding of non-smokable medical cannabis products. In addition, Tilray owns several breweries and hemp food manufacturers (Manitoba Harvest) and was ranked 4th among the largest US craft beer companies in 2025 according to the Brewers Association.
