Timo Groeger Kunststoffverarbeitung is a specialist in the machining of technical plastics, founded in 2014 by industrial foreman Timo Groeger and based in Alpirsbach-Peterzell in the Black Forest. The sole proprietorship manufactures custom milled parts using 3- and 5-axis machining as well as CNC turned parts made of plastic. Production preparation is carried out internally using CAD/CAM, with SolidCam used as the CAM system. The machine park includes a Hermle C250 5-axis machining center, a 3-axis machining center from Wemas, and CNC turning and milling machines. The company serves industries with demand for technical plastic parts, such as mechanical engineering, medical technology, electrical engineering, and the food industry. Since 2016, a documented quality management system according to ISO 9001 has existed, with in-process self-inspection, final inspection, and works and inspection certificates. In the 350 m² production hall in Alpirsbach-Peterzell, all machines are optimally accessible in order to cover the growing production demand.
