Tobias Schneider - Engineering Consultant is a freelance engineering consultancy founded in 2024 and based in Hamburg. Owner Tobias Schneider, industrial engineer (M. Eng. Production & Logistics), offers consulting in factory planning and logistics planning: from plant structure planning through concept and detailed planning, value stream analysis and process optimization to implementation support and production relocation, in both brownfield and greenfield environments. The portfolio also includes logistics concepts, warehouse planning, material flow planning, production logistics, assembly system planning, OEE analyses as well as interim assignments, remote or on-site. Clients are medium-sized companies and corporations including in machinery and plant engineering, the automotive and metal processing industries, chemicals, rail vehicle manufacturing and commercial logistics. Consulting is provided in German, primarily in Germany, and worldwide upon request; to date, more than 30 consulting projects at over 25 companies have been supported.
