About Töpferei Gundula Müller
Töpferei Gundula Müller is a pottery workshop with a workshop shop in Kohren-Sahlis, a district of Frohburg in Saxony. Jugs, pots, bowls as well as garden and structural ceramics are made by hand, decorated with historical and new glazes in various colours and patterns; production to customer specifications is possible. Among other things, the yellow-brown pottery that has been known in Kohren for around 1000 years is used, whose clay is produced in the company's own workshop according to old, traditional clay mixes. The historical glaze corresponds to the centuries-old coloured shards found in Kohren and is manufactured to today's food-contact requirements. In addition to its own production, the workshop offers pottery courses (hand building and potter's wheel), glazing and firing of customer work, and contract firing. The workshop is a member of the Saxon Potters' Guild and sells its goods through the workshop shop, the guild's sales point in the Boathouse Cellar of Pillnitz Castle, and at pottery markets between the Ore Mountains and the Baltic Sea.
