About Toolworx

Toolworx UG is a medium-sized company in Oststeinbek near Hamburg with over 50 years of experience in plastics engineering. The company covers the entire value chain: product development with plastics-optimized design and flow analysis, in-house injection mold making (new builds, repairs, maintenance, 2nd Stage Tooling, aluminum molds) and series production on a 3-shift basis. Injection-molded parts with part weights from 0.1 g to 2900 g are produced on modern electric machines with clamping forces up to 500 t; virtually all thermoplastics such as ABS, ASA, PA, PS, PP and PE are used. In addition, precision parts are produced by CNC, prototypes are made by 3D printing (plastic and metal laser printing), fixtures are built, parts are assembled and laser-welded. Customers come from medical technology, aerospace, the food and packaging industries, toys, furniture and lighting design, the automotive industry and mechanical engineering.
