About Torson Injex
Torson Injex AG is a Zurich-based company with two core areas: injection molding and custom connectors. In injection molding, it manufactures parts from prototypes through to series production, including multi-component injection molding, micro injection molding, silicone and elastomer injection molding, as well as overmolding of inserts, electronics and glass. High-performance plastics such as PEEK, PPS and PEI are processed alongside TPE, TPU and silicone. A specialty is additive tooling: with 3D-printed injection molds, prototypes in series material are possible in under a week, including economical small series. In the connector segment, the company develops and manufactures special connectors, USB, circular, laboratory, coaxial and triaxial connectors, including cable assembly. The value chain covers in-house toolmaking, development, production and assembly at the Gubelstrasse 37 site in Zurich-Oerlikon. Customers come from medical technology, electronics, laboratory/analysis and general industry, including Hamilton, dormakaba, Sonova, Medela and Büchi.
