About us
TRINAMO AG is a social enterprise headquartered in Aarau and was founded in 2012 as a non-profit public limited company. In the second labour market, the company operates around 30 workshops and operations in which participants from integration programmes produce goods and services for internal and external customers under professional supervision. The industry-oriented offering includes metal processing (milling and drilling of aluminium profiles, soldering, quality inspections), electromechanical assembly with ESD-protected workstations, assembly and kitting, sewing, joinery, glass production as well as logistics and shipping preparation. Work is carried out both in series and in single units and small batches, using materials including aluminium, glass, leather and plastic materials such as oilcloth and tarpaulin. Customers include industrial and gastronomy businesses, organisations and private individuals; the focus region is the canton of Aargau and adjacent areas. The work is oriented to the requirements of the general labour market and serves sustainable professional integration.
