The company anodises aluminium components via anodic oxidation with layer thicknesses of 5 to 25 µm and offers powder coating for aluminium as well as bare and galvanised steel. Quality
The company maintains its own quality management system in which all employees participate; quality assurance is directly integrated into the management of the anodising and powder coating processes. In accordance with the terms and conditions, inspection is carried out to DIN 17611 (anodising) and the applicable GSB regulations (powder coating).

Founding of trio-Eloxal GmbH & Co. KG in Hamburg by Manfred Schauenburg with 10 employees; technical finishing of aluminium.
- 1975
Relocation of the company headquarters to Geesthacht.

Portfolio expansion to include oversize lengths up to 18,000 mm – at that time the only provider in Germany able to anodise these lengths.

Acquisition of the adjacent industrial painting facility; gradual conversion from wet painting to powder coating with three automatic and manual lines up to 6,000 mm.
