TROST CNC-Technik GmbH & Co. KG is a family-run company from Trossingen in Baden-Württemberg that manufactures mechanical components and welded structures. The range of services includes CNC Turning (bars from 5 to 50 mm, chuck up to 400 mm, 3- to 5-axis machining, turning lengths up to 1500 mm), CNC Milling (X < 3000 mm, Y < 800 mm, Z < 600 mm, 3- to 5-axis machining), MAG and MIG welding, and surface grinding up to 1200 × 600 mm. Surface treatments such as painting, galvanizing, or nickel plating, as well as hardening processes like nitriding and case hardening, are offered through external partners. We process stainless steel, steel, structural steel, aluminum alloys, tool steels, plastics, rough castings, bronze, and brass; we also machine cast parts made of aluminum or steel. Our customers come from mechanical engineering, plant engineering, light technology, pump technology, hydraulics, railway transport, and jig and fixture manufacturing. We have 13 machines on a production floor of 1300 sqm; batch sizes range from single-part and prototype manufacturing to small series (1 to 20 pieces) and medium series (20 to 500 pieces), with large series also possible in the turning department.
