About tsf Tübinger Stahlfeinguss
tsf Tübinger Stahlfeinguss manufactures precision steel castings using the lost-wax process (investment casting) with part weights from 10 g to over 70 kg and component lengths up to approx. 500 mm. The material spectrum includes unalloyed carbon steels, alloyed high-grade construction steels, and corrosion-, acid- and heat-resistant steels, including quenched and tempered steels, case-hardening steels, nitriding steels and tool steels. In addition to series investment casting production, tsf offers rapid prototyping and rapid tooling for prototypes and small (very small) series. The value chain extends from wax model production through casting, cutting, grinding and heat treatment to machining, surface coating and 100% final inspection. Customer industries include mechanical and plant engineering, medical and pharmaceutical technology, food technology, automotive, agricultural and construction machinery, defence technology, energy and conveying technology, leisure, and aviation. The family-owned company, founded in 1968, employs more than 50 staff at its Tübingen-Hirschau site.
