Uhlmann Beton GmbH is a Thuringian concrete precast plant that produces components for building and civil engineering as well as track equipment for rail, roads and airports. The product range includes concrete components for railway installations such as containment frames, entrance platforms, bases for cable distribution boxes, cable marker stones and ballast retaining slabs, concrete cable ducts and pot shafts, sleeve assembly kits, concrete foundations for heat pumps, ticket validators, railings, light signals, electrical switch boxes and electric charging columns, as well as L-stones and angle stones, smoke extraction ducts and fire protection elements. Production is mainly in reinforced or unreinforced concrete of strength classes C30/37 and C35/45 according to DIN EN 206-1, frequently in the exposure classes XC4, XF1 or XF3; additionally, hot-dip galvanized steel components such as railings and transition grating are installed. In addition to series products, the company realizes custom-made and special construction also in smallest quantities. Under the CO33 brand, Uhlmann also offers exclusive concrete furniture. Production takes place at two sites in Rudolstadt and Unterwellenborn; customers include, among others, Deutsche Bahn and infrastructure projects throughout Germany.

Used reinforced or unreinforced for foundations, platforms, L-stones and containment elements; typical exposure classes XC2, XC4, XF1.
Concrete C35/45 according to EN 206-1
Used for heavily loaded components such as containment frames, cable marker stones and pot shafts (XC4, XF1/XF3).
Reinforced concrete (reinforced)
Double reinforcement in containment frames and platform slabs for additional stability.
Hot-dip galvanized steel
Square steel tube 30/30 mm for steel railings as well as galvanized transition grating, steel plates and edge protection.
