UPM Adhesive Materials (formerly UPM Raflatac) is a business division of UPM-Kymmene Corporation and manufactures high-performance, innovative self-adhesive products, including self-adhesive label materials (labelstock), graphic solutions and specialty tapes. The portfolio comprises paper and film label materials as well as permanent, removable and wash-off adhesives, combined into systems of face material, adhesive and release liner. The premium line UPM Raflatac™ is complemented by the cost-optimized line UPM Intercoat™ for high-volume applications; further solutions include linerless labels (OptiCut), recycling-compatible labels (UPM ProCycle) and Ocean Action materials. Customers are label printers and converters in industries such as pharmaceuticals, wine and spirits, oil and industrial chemicals, food & beverage and logistics. The company employs around 3,200 people at locations in Finland, the USA, China, Malaysia and South Africa and achieved revenue of around EUR 1.6 billion in 2024.
