About VENTAIX

VENTAIX GmbH, based in Monschau near Aachen, has been developing, manufacturing and distributing fluid dynamics apparatus and devices for over 30 years. The product range includes pumps (including magnetic drive, air-operated diaphragm, impeller, turbine, rotary vane, bellows, oscillating piston and vertical immersion pumps), filter systems and automatic filters for aggressive and solids-laden media, as well as special valves for the transport of hazardous goods by rail and road. Material selection – from PP, PVDF, PPS and PE-UHMW to stainless steel – is tailored to the respective media such as acids and alkalis. As an engineering service provider, VENTAIX accompanies projects from concept development through 3D design, FEM analysis and prototyping via 3D printing to series production and assembly in its own workshop. In addition, the company offers test rig measurements of Kv values and pressure losses up to DN150 according to EN 60534-2-3, damage analysis, pump repair and condition analysis by vibration measurement. Fields of application are the chemical and petrochemical industry, electroplating and surface technology, water and wastewater treatment, the pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries, as well as the food and beverage industry.
