About us
Verpackungsmaschinenservice.de is a small family-run business based at Beethovenstraße 21 in Zschopau, Saxony; owner and person in charge is Jörg Nowak. The service portfolio includes maintenance, repair, annual inspections and the mandatory UVV inspections pursuant to DGUV-V3 for stretch wrappers (winding machines), strapping machines and other packaging machinery. Maintenance includes, among other things, thorough cleaning of the machines, lubrication in accordance with manufacturer specifications and the replacement of parts at their wear limit. In addition, the company offers the brokerage and sourcing of spare parts as well as support in procuring replacements or purchasing new packaging machinery. Machines from the manufacturers Transpak, Ernst Jäger Kunststoffverpackung and Robopac Deutschland can be serviced as standard; the list is stated to be not exhaustive. Services are documented with a report and inspection sticker; regular customers with scheduled maintenance are given priority.
