About VISIOTECH

VISIOTECH GmbH, based in Leonberg near Stuttgart, manufactures plastic and metal parts as prototypes, small series and repeat parts from 1 to 50,000 units. In the plastics field (VISIO K), additive printing via SLS, FDM/FFF, SLA, MJF, MJM, PolyJet and pellet printing (Bosch BIAM) is used, along with vacuum casting up to 2,100 mm part length, CNC machining and small-series injection molding. Metal parts (VISIO M) are produced by SLM 3D printing, CNC turning and milling, and via partner networks in metal casting. In addition, the company offers surface technology such as dyeing, painting, smoothing, anodizing and coating, as well as 3D scanning, development and design, model making and assembly (VISIO P). Quality assurance is performed via defined quality inspection levels QPS 1 to 3, including EMPB, CT scanning and IMDS entries; the company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Customers come mainly from mechanical engineering, automotive, automation, design offices and engineering.
