VTM plastics GmbH is a plastics processing company specialising in plastic injection moulding technology on the left bank of the Lower Rhine in Xanten. The company supports customers along the entire process chain: from assistance with prototyping and development, through consulting, toolmaking and sampling, to series production, automated series production and small-batch production. Manufacturing takes place in 1- and 2-component plastic injection moulding; in addition, VTM plastics supports the selection of suitable plastics and offers consulting for toolmaking and injection moulding. In this way, plastic components such as nozzles, Y-pieces, grip shells, magnet holders, medical manifolds and dispenser outlet tubes are produced. The goal is to achieve short development phases and high component quality. In this way, the company serves customers across industries who require plastic injection-moulded parts from prototype to series.
