About Waldenmaier Gravuren
Waldenmaier Gravuren GmbH is an engraving business in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt that has been producing engravings of all kinds since 1 July 1925. The company specializes in marking technology and manufactures industrial engravings, embossing stamps for structural steelwork and mechanical engineering, embossing rolls for turned parts manufacturers, ring stamps for the goldsmith wholesale trade, as well as type plates, industrial plates and machine plates. Supplied parts are processed – from simple part marking to precise logo engraving or scaling, also by laser marking with logos, serial numbers and QR codes. Blank production for embossing rolls and embossing stamps is carried out in-house; the manufacturing process includes CNC engraving including manual relief cutting of the corners, spark erosion work (EDM) and contract hardening in a vacuum process by an experienced partner with constant hardness testing. Materials include steel, brass, aluminium and stainless steel; glass engravings are also carried out by laser. The cutters are ground in-house and checked with optical micrometer measuring devices. Engraving angle and depth are adapted to the material to be embossed, for example for embossing rolls for steel or hot embossing stamps for the plastics industry. The company supplies customers worldwide and is registered in the commercial register of Stuttgart (HRB 740143).
