WALDNER Process & Automation Solutions develops and manufactures custom process systems and process equipment for the life sciences industry (pharmaceuticals, biotechnology), for mechanical and plant engineering, and for the food industry. The portfolio includes process systems and skids, isolators, custom gloveboxes, stainless steel vessels of all kinds – including pressure vessels, mixing, stirring and preparation vessels as well as 100 % aseptic containers –, drying technology, cooking systems, pressure filters, the GMP-compliant airborne germ collector asip, as well as process control technology and control panel construction. Products are manufactured mainly from high-quality stainless steel and resistant special alloys; stainless steel tanks are produced by millimetre-precise manual welding. The range of services extends from consulting, process optimisation and ergonomic mock-ups to qualification and validation (GMP), installation/commissioning (turnkey) through to maintenance, repair, retrofit and spare parts supply. The company headquarters with production is located in Wangen im Allgäu; the division can look back on around 35 years of market experience in special plant engineering.
