About Walter Steinbach

Walter Steinbach GmbH & Co. KG has been manufacturing high-precision sheet-metal and metal components since 1912 and is today a full-service supplier for a wide range of industries. The range of services includes conventional punched parts up to 200 t of press force, fine-blanked parts on modern servo presses up to 320 t at material thicknesses up to 10 mm, laser cutting and punching on combined machines (up to 4 kW), 3-/4-/5-axis milling up to 500 × 500 × 500 mm as well as joining technology such as laser, MIG/MAG/TIG, press and spot welding and joining techniques such as riveting, TOX joining, clinching and bonding. All tooling is manufactured in the company's own toolmaking department; assembly and completion of complex assemblies with up to 200 bill-of-materials items complement the in-house manufacturing depth. Materials processed include structural steel, highly alloyed stainless steels and aluminium alloys of all kinds; heat treatment and coating are carried out by certified contract service providers. Customers come from the automotive, electrical engineering, aerospace, mechanical engineering, medical technology and defence sectors. The company is based in Donaueschingen and supplies customers worldwide.
