About us

Walter Weber Automatendrehteile GmbH is a family-owned manufacturer of turned parts based in Rodgau (Hesse). The focus is the manufacture of precision turned parts on multi-spindle automatic lathes of the Index brand; supplemented by CNC single-spindle machines, conventional single-spindle automatic lathes, sliding-headstock automatic lathes and dial-index machines. Materials machined include steel, free-cutting steel, stainless steel and aluminium; typical requirements are surface roughness values of Rz10 and fitting tolerances of 0.02 mm. In addition, threads are produced by rolling, forming, cutting or thread chasing, milling and cross-drilling on the turned parts are carried out, and tools are manufactured in-house on a PETW profile grinding machine. Products include vent plugs, hose nozzles, O-ring carriers, ring pieces, sealing heads, hollow screws and ball studs. Customers include the automotive, electrical and general mechanical engineering industries in Germany and internationally.
