About WDS Welding
WDS Welding GmbH offers new equipment and maintenance service for welding machines in the field of plastic welding. After the insolvency of WIDOS Wilhelm Dommer Söhne GmbH in spring 2024, WDS took over the maintenance facilities, testing equipment, spare parts, software and trademark rights of WIDOS. Under the name WDS-ClassicLine, popular WIDOS models such as Miniplast, the 4600 to 6100 series and workshop machines up to 315 are continued in identical design and the same quality. WDS is explicitly not the legal successor of WIDOS GmbH. The company serves users in plastic welding worldwide and ensures the continued operational readiness of existing WIDOS machines through maintenance service, spare parts and software. The website is available in German and English.
