About WELDAX
WELDAX GmbH, based in Spaichingen, is a manufacturer of CNC precision turned and milled parts as well as complete assemblies. Founded in 1988, the company produces long-turned parts with diameters up to 32 mm on up to 9 axes, short-turned parts from 2 to 65 mm in diameter (slide-fed parts up to 200 mm) on up to 6 axes, and milled parts on up to 4 axes. In addition, assembly work on purchased or in-house parts, personal consultation, and surface finishing through long-standing suppliers are offered. Materials processed include free-cutting steels, structural steels, case-hardening and nitriding steels, heat-treatable steels, high-strength bar steels, stainless and acid-resistant steels, aluminium alloys and brass. Customers come from industries such as environmental technology, joining technology and medical technology; the company originally manufactured surgical instruments and medical devices. Production and administration are located at a single site at Liebigstraße 4 in Spaichingen.
