About Wemarto
Wemarto GmbH is a company founded in 2025 and based in Wöllstadt (Hesse), focused on mechanical precision manufacturing. The company produces turned parts, milled parts and plastic parts to drawing or standard – from prototypes and single parts from a quantity of 1, through small and medium series, up to large-scale production. The manufacturing spectrum includes CNC turning, CNC milling including 5-axis machining and hard milling, multi-side machining, engraving, and the cutting of small gear modules (module 0.5 to 2.0). In addition, surface finishes (including glass bead blasting, galvanizing, nickel plating, browning, polishing, anodizing, powder coating, zirconium nitride coating) and heat treatments (induction hardening, nitriding, case hardening, Kolsterising, nitrocarburizing) are offered. Materials processed include steel, stainless steel, aluminium, plastics, brass, bronze and titanium; steel and stainless steel can be supplied with a 3.1 material test certificate on request. Customers come from mechanical and plant engineering, packaging technology, medical and pharmaceutical technology, industrial automation, and vehicle and instrument manufacturing. Wemarto also operates an online shop with over 200 standard parts and standard articles.
