Willy Sutter Tool and Mold Engineering GmbH has been manufacturing precision tools, injection molds, and fixtures since 1976, offering sophisticated job work. The range of services covers design with Visi CAD/CAM, prototyping with 3D printing (SLS/FDM) and vacuum casting, fill simulation, construction of thermoplastic and elastomer tools, including multi-component tools (2K/3K) and GID gas internal pressure tools up to 5 tons, up to tool maintenance and express repair. For machining, 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling, sink and wire erosion with in-house electrode manufacturing, surface grinding, and deep hole drilling are employed. Tools made of tool steels, hardened steels, aluminum, brass, Ampco, PEEK, and POM are processed; for injection molding of small series, thermoplastics and elastomers. Customers come from the automotive industry, medical technology, electronics, mechanical engineering, and plastic processing. The company employs 25 people and is represented at the Steinen (Südbaden) and Kronach (Oberfranken) locations.
