Experience that convinces

Werner Danz Metallverarbeitung GmbH is a medium-sized family business in Floh-Seligenthal in Thuringia, specializing in the precision machining of difficult-to-machine materials. As a system supplier, the company manufactures turned and milled parts to drawing in single, small and medium series with an accuracy of up to 1 µm. Materials processed include steel, tool steel, stainless steel (1.4301, 1.4305, 1.4404), brass, aluminium, bronze and plastics. The machine park comprises eleven CNC turning centers, several CNC machining centers with up to 5 axes as well as machines for broaching, thread rolling and sawing; heat treatment and surface finishing are carried out by partners. The manufactured parts are used in the automotive and railway industries, in mechanical engineering, pneumatics, food, medical and pump technology as well as in glass facade construction. The management system is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
