The portfolio comprises individual wires and wire assemblies with tinning, pull-off (Anschluss) and crimping technology, wiring harnesses and wiring systems up to 2 m manufacturing length, as well as flat ribbon, round, spiral, coaxial, appliance and data cables. In addition, soldering work, manual assembly, assembly and wiring, contract work as an extended workbench, potting with epoxy resin and silicone, and power cables with overmolded plugs are offered. PVC, silicone and PTFE are used as materials and insulations; cross-sections from 0.08 mm² and wire lengths from 30 mm are manufactured. The company develops cable assemblies on a custom basis, designs routing boards in-house and produces large and small series including prototype production. Manufacturing is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, and all wiring harnesses are 100% electrically tested.
