Wiegmann Verzahnungstechnik is a manufacturer of drive elements specializing in the custom manufacture of timing belt pulleys to customer specification. The manufacturing program also includes Poly-V belt pulleys (profiles J, K, L, M, PR2), tension rollers, V-belt and flat belt pulleys, clamping connectors, clamping plates and other turned parts in special dimensions. Gearing is produced in all common types: metric pitches (T2.5 to T20, AT3 to AT20), inch pitches (MXL to XH), HTD pitches (3M to 14M), Supertorque S8M, spur gears straight and helically toothed from module 1 to 8 as well as chain sprockets to DIN 8187. Parts are made from aluminium, steel, stainless steel, plastic, brass and bronze; surface treatments such as blackening, galvanizing, anodizing, hard coating, hard anodizing and hardening are carried out by partner companies. Production ranges from one-off parts to series production, with expedited overnight production in urgent cases. Technical consulting and customer solutions for special design requirements round off the offering.
