About us
The Wilhelm Zuleeg GmbH is a family-owned textile innovation manufactory, in family hands since 1925, with its own weaving mill in Helmbrechts/Ort (Upper Franconia). The company, with 11–50 employees, produces apparel fabrics and technical applications made of wool, linen, cotton, silk and viscose – from high-tech fabrics to conventional textiles through to the Organicz/GOTS collection made from 100 % merino raw wool and organically grown cotton. The value chain includes warping, weaving, finishing and quality control of the woven batches; business customers such as international fashion brands are supplied as well as private customers via the online shop and the factory outlet. German Tweed is produced entirely within a 90 km radius of the factory – from the wool through the spinning mill to the finishing.
