About Willi Heller GmbH
Willi Heller GmbH, based in Velbert, is a third-generation family business with 12 employees that manufactures turned and milled parts to customer requirements. The machine park comprises CNC multi-slide automatic lathes, cam-controlled automatic lathes, multi-axis CNC lathes with driven tools and bar loading, turn-mill centers, and machining centers with CNC-controlled fourth axis. In addition, there is a wire EDM machine with Fanuc control for form steels, forming tools, dies and punches. Materials processed include stainless steel (unalloyed, alloyed, duplex), structural steels, free-cutting steels, tool steels, non-ferrous metals and plastics. Further services include thread production, keyway broaching and slotting, marking by laser and dot peening, as well as surface treatment and hardening with partners. Customers come from the fittings industry, mechanical engineering, and metrology and drive technology.

Main material for turned and milled parts, among others for the fittings industry.
Duplex steel
For corrosion-resistant precision parts in demanding applications.
Structural steels
Universally applicable for turned parts and housing components.
Free-cutting steels
Good machinability for mass-produced turned parts on multi-slide and cam-controlled automatic lathes.
Tool steels
Used among others for form steels and EDM-machined forming tools, dies and punches.
Form turning steels HSSE, HM, PKD
Production of form turning steels from high-speed steel, carbide and polycrystalline diamond.
Non-ferrous metals
Non-ferrous metals for turned parts with special threads and valve components.
Plastics
Machining of plastics into turned and milled parts according to drawing.
Wire EDM (Fanuc)
Form steels for automatic lathes, forming tools and special parts up to 170 mm height.
Heat treatment / induction hardening (partner)
Hardening of structural steels and tool steels with long-standing partners.
Marking (laser, dot peening)
Permanent lettering and marking of turned and milled parts made of various materials.
