Quality
The quality inspection systems include ultrasonic and eddy current testing with defect marking, assembly cells for measuring, testing and screwdriving, as well as the SQP 1000 ski quality inspection system with 100 % inspection, laser marking and SQL database. Production and process data are stored traceably on a part-specific basis via DataMatrix codes and the VAP-DMC-DATABASE tool.
