Wörner Kälte- und Klimatechnik is a family business in Denkendorf near Stuttgart, founded in 1994 by Peter Wörner after completing his master craftsman examination in refrigeration systems construction. The company with 11 employees, including four apprentices, plans, installs, maintains and dismantles refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump systems throughout Baden-Württemberg and beyond. Its range of services includes comfort and industrial air conditioning up to VRF systems, commercial and industrial refrigeration, custom-built cold rooms in sandwich construction with wall panels made of sheet steel and rigid polyurethane foam, chilled water units, heat pumps, heat recovery, vacuum cooling, vehicle and transport refrigeration as well as humidification and dehumidification systems. Installation is carried out by the company's own team including electrical installation, refrigerant lines, condensate drainage and commissioning with a measurement report. As a certified specialist company under §5 ChemKlimaschutzV, the company also handles refrigerant recovery and environmentally sound disposal as well as the rental of refrigeration trailers and mobile cold cells. On January 1, 2026, Marcel and Philipp Wörner took over the management.
